Dr. Leslie Granger built Carolina Smiles & Day Spa with the idea of making patients as comfortable as possible. Dr. Granger and her staff know that the dentist office has stereotypically been an uncomfortable, high-anxiety place to visit. By creating an office with wide hallways, intricate architecture, plenty of color and a cabin-like feel, she hopes that her patients will enjoy routine visits to her office.

Expanding on the idea of relaxation and comfort, Dr. Leslie Granger has integrated a day spa into her practice. We offer everything from massages and facials to more advance, non-surgical treatments for cellulite, veins, wrinkles, hair removal and acne. We have the latest equipment from Syneron, the makers of the patented elõs system. Their multifunctional light and RF based eMax and Velashape systems allow for many non-surgical, aesthetic procedures. Syneron products have shown unbelievable success with out the pain and recovery of surgery.
